At the Restaurant Kaiserhof in Anif near Salzburg, you can eat typically Austrian dishes made from quality regional products. To ensure nothing gets boring on the menu, the Kaiserhof team has come up with something entirely special: the culinary calendar, the seasonal supplement to the current menu and the daily alternating lunch menu.

Culinary events for special occasions, culinary weeks such as the Game Season, the Asparagus Season or the Martini Goose Dinner, seasonal dishes as well as ideas and offers for private celebrations depending on the time of year – all this is packed into the culinary calendar of the Kaiserhof.

PS: It doesn't matter what time of year you visit the Kaiserhof in Anif. Our 36 e-charging stations with 12 Tesla Superchargers are always available for our guests!

Spring

Steak weeks & wild garlic, a romantic dinner menu for Valentine's Day, the traditional Heringsschmaus dish on Ash Wednesday, a Styrian Easter snack or a homebaked Sacher heart for all Mums on Mother's Day – in Spring, the creative buds at Restaurant Kaiserhof sprout!

Summer

You can enjoy summery dishes and Styrian delicacies best in our shaded outdoor dining area. At the start of the summer, fish, asparagus and wild garlic are right at the top of the gourmet programme and in August, the mushroom season begins!

Cosy barbecue evenings with treats from the stone barbecue – available at the Kaiserhof up on request at any time. The perfect opportunity for corporate parties or private celebrations on mild summer evenings, including live music.

Autumn

In autumn, it rains – game dishes and selected styrian wines. During the game weeks we serve fine dishes from the royal Game, out of the national park XEIS®  for example, venison, deer or wild boar. Wine fans will get weak for a  glass of Styrian Junker (the young wine with the Styrian hat) accompanied by a  "four-course Junker menu".

Or perhaps a crunchy Martini goose fresh from the oven? For example, a Salzburg organic free-range goose from Robert Brunauer's farm at the Gaisberg. In line with the motto "Styrian autumn", you can have the best from Styria enjoyably melt in your mouth.

Winter

Winter is the perfect season for whisky & craft beer tastings. Our cosy Kaiserbar does not contribute to the proud title of "Beer Tavern of the Year" 2017 for no reason. We will also be happy to organise your atmospheric Christmas celebration. Don't forget to reserve in time!

And speaking of Christmas...Enjoyment never goes out of style! With the enjoyment vouchers from the Kaiserhof, you will be in the perfect place – and in every season. Give, for example, an abundant organic breakfast or a social craft beer tasting as a gift.
