Check-in is from 2 pm to 7 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Our reception is staffed daily from 7 am–7 pm. Arriving later? No problem – our key safe gives you easy access to your room. Late check-out is possible by arrangement.
Our organic breakfast buffet* is included for hotel guests. External guests are also very welcome (€ 28,50 p.p., children aged 0–5 free, 6–14 € 14,–). Guests in the holiday apartment can have breakfast at the special rate of € 18,– p.p. Please book by 7 pm the evening before.
Of course! Your dog is welcome here – for € 10,– per night. They may join you for breakfast and in the dining areas that are open at the time. Dog beds, bowls and blankets are available on request. Please keep dogs on a lead indoors.
As an overnight guest, you receive the Guest Mobility Ticket at check-in. It lets you use all public transport throughout the province of Salzburg for the duration of your stay – city transport, regional buses, S-Bahn, and regional and long-distance trains. It is funded through the mobility levy added to the overnight stay tax; no separate ticket is needed. The bus to Salzburg’s Old Town stops 150 m from the hotel.
We have over 60 free parking spaces right by the hotel, plus 40 EV charging points for all makes – including one of Austria’s first Tesla Superchargers. Guests charge at a special rate. Long-stay parking is possible in designated spaces – for example, while you set off on a cycling tour or hike (car € 18/day, trailer € 12/day).
All rooms are non-smoking and have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer and fan. We do not have air conditioning, balconies or accessible rooms – please get in touch and we will give you honest advice on the right option.
Cancellation is free up to 3 days before arrival. For cancellation up to 1 day before arrival (12 noon), we charge 50%; after that, and in the event of early departure, 100% of the booking. Non-refundable special rates (Non-Ref-Rate) cannot be cancelled or changed.
You can conveniently pay by cash or card: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Maestro. For security reasons, we do not accept credit card details by phone.
Yes, on request and with advance booking – in our Mercedes-Benz EQV (up to 7 guests). To or from Salzburg Airport € 28,–; to or from the main station € 35,–. Night-time and weekend rates may differ.
