Success packages for your business event

Is your goal to hold a successful seminar in Salzburg? Our aim is to enable you to do just that - and more. We have put together all-round packages for your professional event so that you and your participants will want for nothing:

• Large, free parking lot directly at the house - easy arrival even for large groups.
• Ideal location on the outskirts of Salzburg, close to the highway (Salzburg Süd) - easy to find and quickly accessible.
• Top-equipped seminar area for up to 150 participants with state-of-the-art technology (see seminar rooms).
• Competent event team & personal support from the hosts - we are there for you and personally ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Specially created conference menus - culinary catering for your participants with Styrian-Salzburg specialties that provide energy without weighing you down.
• Overnight stay incl. breakfast in 36 comfortable rooms or our 90 m² vacation apartment - so that everyone can start the meeting well-rested.
• Tailor-made supporting program - whether team-building activities or a cosy get-together, we organize a tailor-made program (see supporting program).
• Sustainable conference hotel: The Kaiserhof is a klimaaktiv partner - we use 100% green electricity, have e-charging stations, rent out Tesla and e-vehicles, have been awarded the Austrian Solar Prize, carry the AMA seal of approval and much more. Your event will therefore take place in an environmentally conscious environment, which is particularly appreciated by companies with a green policy.

Examples of our seminar packages:

• Half-day package: Provision of a seminar room (1/2 day, up to 5 hours) incl. standard technology, 1 coffee break in the morning or afternoon (coffee/tea, fruit juices, snacks such as pastries & fruit), unlimited conference drinks in the room (mineral water, fruit juices). Optionally bookable: Business lunch.
• All-day package: room hire all day, 2 coffee breaks (morning with snacks, afternoon e.g. with cake), unlimited conference drinks, business lunch in the restaurant (3-course menu or lunch buffet depending on group size) including soft drinks.
• All-inclusive package: same as full-day package, plus dinner (3-course menu) and overnight stay with breakfast. Ideal for seminars lasting several days with a supporting program in the evening.

All packages can be individually adapted. For example, would you like a smoothie and snack stand instead of a coffee break or would you prefer a finger food buffet instead of a set meal? No problem - we will adapt to your ideas.
